The ZZKD SSGF-100L is a stainless steel SS316 crystallization reactor with a 100L net volume, built for crystallizing and filtering process streams such as methanol or CBD crystal mixtures. It pairs a stirred crystallization vessel with an integrated filtration tank and a separate mother liquor tank.
The lid carries an LED-lit sight glass fitted with an internal scraper, so operators can illuminate and observe material inside the vessel and clear the viewing surface without opening the kettle. Reserved ports on the top cover allow connection to additional process equipment, and a universal-wheel base lets the unit be repositioned.
The system is intended for laboratory and process settings that require controlled crystallization followed by solid–liquid separation, with an explosion-proof control box for the stirring drive.
Material is stirred in the SS316 vessel by a three-phase brushless motor running roughly 1410–1700 r/min to promote crystallization. The slurry then passes to the jacketed filter tank, where a 50μm filter plate backed by filter cloth separates crystals from the liquid; the filtrate collects in the mother liquor tank. The jacket can be connected to a chiller or high/low temperature circulator for temperature control.
