1 / 13The ZZKD DZF-6020 is a vacuum drying oven with a 55 L rectangular chamber lined in 304 stainless steel and an anti-corrosion spray-painted shell. It operates from 10°C above room temperature up to 250°C, with temperature stability of ±1.0°C and a resolution of 0.1°C.
The chamber can be evacuated to a vacuum of 0.098 MPa or backfilled with inert gas, allowing materials to be dried and heated in a low-oxygen environment. An MCU-based PID controller, LCD display, and 1 to 9999 minute timer manage operating cycles.
The unit ships with 10 shelves and inner dimensions of 410 × 400 × 340 mm, suiting laboratories and processing facilities that need controlled drying of heat-sensitive or readily oxidized materials.
How It Works
The chamber is sealed by an adjustable door handle and a one-piece silicone gasket, then evacuated to reduce internal pressure so materials dry at lower temperatures with less exposure to oxygen. A PID temperature controller regulates heating across the range, and the chamber may be backfilled with inert gas for oxygen-free processing.
