The MTST RY-TQ-10 is a 10-liter extraction and concentration system built for mid-scale processing operations. It is intended for ethanol-based extraction and solvent recovery workflows, combining heating, agitation, and recovery functions in a single unit to reduce the number of standalone components required in the lab.
The vessel is constructed from SS304 stainless steel and includes a two-stage filtration device. With 3.0 kW of heating power and an extraction temperature rated at 100°C or below, it is configured for repeatable batch processing at production scale.
The unit is suited to licensed operators running consistent batch extraction. It is designed to be paired with a recirculating chiller and a vacuum system to support recovery operations.
The system heats and agitates the charged material to carry out extraction, then applies vacuum and cooling to drive distillation and solvent recovery. The jacketed (interlayer) design operates at 0.3–0.4 MPa, while the tank operates near 0.09 MPa, and recovered solvent vapor is condensed using circulating cooling water at roughly 200–300 L/hour.
