1 / 6Model: SWH-300
Electrolytic hydrogen generator producing up to 300 ml/min of 99.99% purity hydrogen at 0.3 MPa, suited for gas chromatography support.
The Swiben SWH-300 is a laboratory hydrogen generator that produces high-purity hydrogen gas through electrolysis. It delivers an adjustable output flow from 0 to 300 ml/min at a regulated pressure of 0.3 MPa (±0.01 MPa), with a maximum optional pressure of 0.6 MPa, and reaches a hydrogen purity of 99.99%.
Designed to supply many types of gas chromatographs, the unit integrates liquid storage, electrolytic generation, and oxygen purging in one housing. An LCD screen displays the flow rate, and a liquid-level indicator helps prevent dry running. Routine operation requires only periodic replenishment with distilled, purified, or deionized water.
The SWH-300 runs on AC 110V/60Hz or 220V/50-60Hz with a maximum power draw of 0.15 kW. It measures 425 × 210 × 365 mm and weighs 10 kg, making it a compact benchtop gas source for analytical labs.
The generator electrolyzes a potassium hydroxide (KOH) water solution. A membrane separates the two electrode chambers, and when direct current is applied, water molecules undergo electrochemical reaction—producing oxygen at the anode and hydrogen at the cathode. The hydrogen is then purified before delivery, and an anti-backflow device prevents liquid return.
