The MTST S-100L is a 100-liter jacketed glass reactor built for production-scale processing such as winterization, crystallization, and temperature-controlled reactions. The reaction vessel is made from GG17 high-borosilicate glass and is mounted on a 304 stainless steel support frame.
The double-layer jacketed design allows heating or cooling fluid to circulate around the vessel, supporting precise thermal control when paired with an external recirculating chiller or heater. A glass discharge valve with PTFE sealing handles bottom drainage.
This unit suits extraction and processing labs that need a large-capacity stirred reactor for batch operations.
Heating or cooling fluid from an external recirculating system is circulated through the reactor's outer jacket to control the temperature of the contents in the inner GG17 glass vessel. An overhead motor drives a 15mm stirring shaft to agitate the batch, while the bottom glass discharge valve releases processed material.
