The MTST DLSB-100/80 is a refrigerated recirculating chiller designed to supply low-temperature liquid to laboratory and processing equipment. It uses mechanical refrigeration with an air-cooled, hermetically sealed compressor and reaches a no-load minimum temperature of -80°C.
The unit operates as a closed cooling system, removing the need for a continuous water supply line in the lab. A microprocessor controller and digital temperature readout support thermostatic operation and continuous circulation duty.
With a stated cooling capacity range of 882W to 13230W and 100L capacity, it is intended for cooling instruments such as rotary evaporators, distillation systems, reactors, and analytical devices that require stable low-temperature conditions.
The chiller circulates a coolant through a closed loop while a mechanical refrigeration circuit (R404A and R23 refrigerants) removes heat. A microprocessor controller maintains the setpoint with a stated temperature fluctuation of ±2°C, and a pump delivers the chilled liquid to connected equipment for continuous operation.
