The MTST DLSB 50L is a low-temperature recirculating chiller designed to supply chilled fluid to laboratory and processing equipment. It uses a hermetically sealed, air-cooled compressor with R404A/R23 refrigerant and reaches a no-load minimum temperature of -120°C, with temperature fluctuation rated at ±2°C.
The unit operates as a closed cooling system with a built-in thermostat and circulation pump rated at 35 L/min, so it does not require a separate water supply line in the lab. A digital temperature display and microprocessor controller manage the setpoint.
It is intended for labs that need reliable low-temperature cooling for rotary evaporators, distillation setups, reactors, and analytical instruments during continuous operation.
The chiller uses mechanical refrigeration to cool a circulating fluid, which is pumped through a closed loop to the connected instrument and returned to the reservoir. A microprocessor controller and thermostat hold the setpoint while the compressor removes heat, allowing reactions or processes to be maintained at low temperature.
