This is a vertical ultra-low temperature laboratory freezer (model DW-86L30) designed to reach temperatures down to -86°C / -123°F for the storage of biological samples, reagents, and other materials that require deep-freeze conditions.
The cabinet uses dual door gaskets and a high-density polyurethane foam insulation layer to limit cooling loss and maintain stable internal temperatures. A microcomputer control system with an LED digital display reports the chamber temperature, and the unit includes an adjustable temperature alarm.
It is intended for research laboratories, biological and chemical facilities, low-temperature material testing, and other settings that need reliable deep-freeze storage.
The freezer uses a compressor-based refrigeration circuit with a full copper-tube evaporator. The microcomputer controller monitors chamber temperature and cycles the compressor against a user-set shutdown temperature and return-difference value. If the temperature moves outside the configured limits, the controller triggers a buzzer and a flashing alarm on the display.
