Model: Lab Deep Freezer
80L ultra-low temperature lab freezer reaching -86°C, with microcomputer temperature control, LED display, and an over/under-temperature alarm.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
This is an 80-liter ultra-low temperature laboratory freezer (model DW-86L80) capable of cooling to -86°C (-123°F), with an adjustable operating range down from -40°C. It is intended for cryogenic sample storage and flash freezing in laboratory and research settings.
The cabinet is built from welded galvanized, powder-coated steel and uses high-density polyurethane foam insulation with dual door gaskets to limit cooling loss. A full copper-tube evaporator handles refrigeration. The unit is compact at 620 x 660 x 1275 mm with an interior of 380 x 410 x 500 mm and a weight of approximately 85 kg.
Temperature is managed through a microcomputer control system with an LED digital display resolving to 0.1°C, making it suitable for medical, chemical, and scientific research labs that store temperature-sensitive samples.
A compressor-driven refrigeration system circulates refrigerant through a full copper-tube evaporator to chill the insulated chamber. The electronic controller compares the probe temperature against the user-set shutdown point (SP) and return-difference value, cycling the compressor to hold the target temperature. If the chamber moves outside the configured high or low alarm limits, the controller triggers a buzzer and a flashing display alert.
