1 / 25The ZZKD DW-86W650 is an upright ultra-low temperature freezer with a 637L (about 22.5 cubic foot) interior and an operating range of -40 to -86°C. It is built for long-term cold storage of biological samples, specimens, reagents, and temperature-sensitive materials.
The cabinet uses a 304 stainless steel inner tank with a cold-plate sprayed outer body and 150mm insulation to help hold low temperatures. A digital temperature display, high and low temperature alarms, and an EBM silent fan support monitored, continuous operation in a lab setting.
With internal dimensions of 1300 × 700 × 700mm and external dimensions of 2190 × 1060 × 1075mm, the unit suits research, industrial materials testing, and sample archiving environments where ultra-low temperatures are required.
The freezer uses an autocascade single-stage compression refrigeration system with a CFC-free mixed refrigerant to reach ultra-low temperatures. Heat is removed through a copper-tube evaporator, while a digital thermostat regulates the setpoint and triggers alarms outside the target range.
