The MP0502 is a constant-flow infusion pump designed for medium-pressure liquid chromatography. It delivers a controlled flow from 0.1 to 50.0 ml/min with a flow accuracy of ±1% and repeatability of ≤1%, operating at pressures up to 2 MPa. The pump can be paired with glass, medium-pressure glass, and stainless steel chromatography columns to build a medium-pressure separation system.

The pump head and flow path are built from 316L stainless steel along with ruby, PTFE, and zirconia ceramic components, providing corrosion resistance suitable for organic solvents. It can be run from the front panel or controlled remotely from a computer.

This unit is intended for laboratory and processing environments that require steady, repeatable solvent delivery for component separation and purification work.

How It Works

A microprocessor drives a dual-drive parallel pump head with solvent compression compensation and multi-point flow correction to maintain a steady flow across the operating range. Cam-curve compensation and electronic pulse suppression reduce pressure pulsation, keeping it at or below 0.1 MPa for smoother column flow.
