The Swiben RWD100 is a digital overhead laboratory stirrer offered in several mixing capacities — 20L, 40L, 60L, and 100L — for stirring and blending liquids of low to high viscosity. An LCD shows set speed, and the unit holds speed to a resolution of ±1 rpm.

Depending on the model variant, input power ranges from 60W to 400W and maximum torque from 40 to 100 N·cm, supporting viscosities up to 100,000 mPa·s. A built-in timer can be set from 1 to 9999 minutes for repeatable runs.

The stirrer is intended for processing labs and pilot-scale work where controlled, continuous overhead mixing is required.

How It Works

A motor drives an interchangeable stir paddle held by a self-locking clip that accepts shaft diameters of 0.5 to 10 mm. Speed is set on the controller and shown on the LCD, while the timer governs run duration.
