The MTST GDX 10L is a combined heating and cooling temperature circulator that integrates a low-temperature cooling pump and a high-temperature oil bath in a single unit. It operates across a -30 to 199℃ range and serves a 10 L circulating reservoir for external temperature control of connected apparatus.

The circulating loop is a sealed system that uses a mechanically connected expansion vessel kept separate from the working fluid. This design avoids drawing in water vapor at low temperatures and oil mist at high temperatures, allowing the unit to run with heat transfer oil across a wide working range.

It is intended for laboratory and process environments such as universities, biochemical, medical, chemical, and general research settings where a single device handling both heating and deep cooling is needed.

How It Works

A combined heat exchange container provides both heating and cooling through a shared, sealed fluid circuit. A built-in pump (rated 20 L/min, 6 m lift) circulates heat transfer oil to and from external equipment, while a separate expansion vessel accommodates fluid volume changes without entering the circulation path. The 2000 W heater and a refrigeration system delivering 920 to 2150 W of cooling regulate the fluid temperature between -30 and 199℃.
