This is a replacement inner liner made from PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) for use inside high pressure reactor autoclave vessels. It is offered in 100ml, 250ml, and 500ml capacities and is designed to fit TGYF-C, TGYF-B, CJF, and FCF series reactor bodies.
PTFE provides broad chemical resistance, which makes the liner appropriate for acidic reaction conditions. The liner carries a maximum operating temperature of 220°C.
The liner is intended for labs running hydrothermal or pressurized reactions that require a chemically inert containment surface separate from the metal pressure vessel.
The PTFE liner sits inside the metal autoclave body and holds the reaction mixture, isolating corrosive or acidic media from the vessel wall. The outer stainless body provides the pressure containment while the inert liner contacts the sample.
