This ZZKD stirred reactor provides a 10 L vessel for temperature-controlled mixing and reaction work. A 120 W motor drives the stirrer across a 60-600 rpm range, with a rated torque of 1000 g·cm for handling moderate-viscosity contents.
Heating is supplied through a water or oil bath with a 3.0 kW heating capacity, covering an operating range from ambient up to 250°C (an RT-350°C configuration is referenced in the specifications). An optional heating mantle rated at 2.1 kW is also listed.
The unit is intended for laboratory and small-scale process settings where controlled stirring and heating of liquid batches are required.
Material is loaded into the 10 L vessel and agitated by a motor-driven stirrer adjustable between 60 and 600 rpm. Heat is transferred to the vessel contents through a surrounding water or oil bath, allowing the batch to be held within the selected temperature range during the reaction.
