Model: BMQ-2L
Planetary ball mill with a 2L PTFE jar and zirconium media, grinding feed material down to 300–500 mesh with PLC speed and time control.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The Mantaisite BMQ-2L is a planetary ball mill built for grinding, mixing, and homogenizing materials in a sealed jar. It uses a 2L PTFE grinding jar paired with 2 kg of zirconium grinding balls, and processes feed material from 0.1 to 10 mm down to a 300–500 mesh output.
Driven by a 0.4 kW motor with an adjustable speed range of 60–570 r.p.m., the unit delivers an output rate of roughly 0.5 to 1.75 kg/h. A PLC handles digital control of speed and run time, making it suited to lab and small production-scale batch work.
With a compact footprint of 730×415×260 mm and a weight of 32 kg, the BMQ-2L is intended for processing labs that need consistent particle reduction and sample homogenization.
The mill rotates a sealed jar so that zirconium grinding balls tumble against the feed material, reducing particle size through impact and friction. Adjusting the rotation speed and run time via the PLC controls the degree of grinding and the resulting particle fineness.
