This package combines the ZZKD DZ-1BC II vacuum drying oven, with a 24L chamber and two shelves, with a 2XZ-2 rotary vane vacuum pump. The oven dries materials under reduced pressure, allowing solvent removal at lower temperatures than ambient-pressure drying.
The oven operates from room temperature plus 10°C up to 250°C, with a temperature resolution of 0.1°C and stability of ±1°C. Heat is applied through conduction across four walls under vacuum, and a Pt100 sensor monitors chamber temperature. A 0–9999 minute timer with a timing wait function supports unattended drying cycles.
The setup is intended for processing and post-processing labs that need to dry heat-sensitive materials or remove residual solvents under vacuum.
The 2XZ-2 rotary vane pump evacuates the oven chamber to a vacuum below 133 Pa. Under reduced pressure, solvents and moisture evaporate at lower temperatures, while the four-wall conduction heating maintains the set point. The Pt100 sensor and digital control hold temperature to within ±1°C across the chosen drying cycle.
