The HR-60Z is a pilot-scale high-shear dispersion and emulsification mixer built for pilot testing, simulated production, and small-batch manufacturing. It combines a high-speed rotating rotor with a precision stator chamber to disperse, emulsify, homogenize, pulverize, and mix materials in a single operation.
With a working capacity of 5–30L and a speed range of 0–6000 rpm, the unit handles materials up to roughly 8000 mPa·s viscosity. A frequency-conversion drive provides variable speed with a digital display, while an electric lifting mechanism simplifies head positioning.
The system suits laboratories and pilot facilities across fine chemicals, petrochemicals, agrochemicals, biopharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, and food processing.
A high-speed rotor turning within a close-tolerance stator chamber produces high linear velocity, generating hydraulic shear, centrifugal squeezing, cutting, and collision forces. These combined actions break down and uniformly distribute material to form a stable, homogeneous mixture.
