Model: SWHR-750DRH
Laboratory high-shear emulsifying homogenizer with electric lift, 0.75 kW motor, and variable speed up to 10,000 rpm for liquid-liquid and solid-liquid dispersion.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The SWHR-750DRH is a bench-scale high-shear homogenizer built for small laboratory and pilot work. It uses a rotor-stator working head driven by a 750 W three-phase asynchronous motor to reduce particle size and disperse one phase uniformly into another, producing stable emulsions, suspensions, colloids, and solutions.
The unit is rated for batches up to 10 L with variable speed from 0 to 10,000 rpm. An electrically operated lifting mechanism raises and lowers the head over a 300 mm range, with the working head positioned 30–300 mm off the base. The housing is 304 stainless steel on a fixed base.
It suits laboratories working with cosmetics, food and dairy materials, coatings, inks, surfactants, and similar formulations that require fine, repeatable dispersion.
A high-speed rotor turning inside a fixed stator creates a low-pressure zone that draws material into the working chamber. Material passing through the narrow rotor-stator gap is subjected to impact, centrifugal force, shear, and turbulence, then ejected and recirculated. Repeated passes progressively break down and disperse the phases to form a uniform, stable mixture.
