The Swiben FSG-250 is a 250 L light incubator with an internal chamber measuring 600 × 500 × 840 mm. It combines forced-convection temperature regulation with adjustable full-spectrum LED illumination, making it suitable for applications that require both controlled climate and light exposure.
The unit operates without illumination across 5–65°C and with illumination across 10–65°C, holding temperature to ±1°C accuracy and ±1°C uniformity. Humidity can be maintained between 40% and 95% RH. A 30-section programmable controller managed through a touch-screen interface allows multi-step temperature and lighting cycles.
The SUS304 stainless steel inner chamber and polyurethane-insulated, electrostatically coated steel exterior support plant tissue culture, seed germination work, and photostability studies.
A stainless steel heater and an air-cooled hermetic compressor work with forced convection to regulate chamber temperature, while a PT100 sensor provides feedback for ±1°C control. Four layers of full-spectrum LED lamp boards supply adjustable illumination up to 30,000 LX. The touch-screen controller runs up to 30 programmable sections for staged temperature and light cycles, with automatic defrost.
