The Swiben HH.CP-01 is a 160L carbon dioxide incubator designed for the cultivation of cells, tissues, and microorganisms. It maintains a controlled environment with a temperature range of RT+5 to 50°C and an adjustable CO2 concentration from 0 to 20%.
The unit pairs microprocessor-based temperature control with a CO2 distribution system and natural-evaporation humidification. A mirror stainless steel interior chamber with rounded corners is intended to simplify cleaning, and the shelf positions can be adjusted to suit different sample loads.
This incubator is suited to research and production settings in microbiology, agricultural science, and related laboratory fields where stable temperature and CO2 conditions are required.
The chamber temperature is regulated by a single-chip microcomputer control system that holds the setpoint to ±0.2°C with 0.1°C resolution. A fan circulates air for temperature uniformity, while a distribution-type CO2 system maintains the selected gas concentration. Humidity is supplied by natural evaporation, and a secondary control system monitors operation if the main controller fails. Door heating helps reduce frost on the inner door.
