1 / 27The ZZKD SS-10L is a 10L jacketed stainless steel stirred reactor built for chemical synthesis, pilot-scale work, and material processing. The inner vessel holds the reaction medium for stirred reactions, while the surrounding jacket circulates a hot or cold transfer fluid (refrigerant, hot water, or hot oil) to maintain a set temperature during heating or cooling.
Wetted surfaces are 316 stainless steel for chemical resistance, and the closed design supports stirred reactions at atmospheric or negative pressure, with the option to run reflux or distillation through the cover ports. The vessel wall thickness is 3.5 mm, adjusted according to pressure requirements.
It suits fine chemical, synthesis, and laboratory processing environments that need controlled-temperature stirred reactions at the 10L scale.
The reaction medium is loaded into the inner stainless vessel and agitated by a variable-speed stirrer (0–450 RPM). The jacket is connected to an external heating or cooling source, circulating transfer fluid to hold the contents at a target temperature. The sealed vessel can operate under atmospheric or negative pressure, and the cover ports allow reflux or distillation setups. A bottom ball valve drains the vessel for discharge.
