The ZZKD SSCC-200L is a 200L jacketed stirred reactor built from 304 stainless steel with 3mm wall material. It combines a motorized agitator with a heated, insulated jacket so operators can run several post-extraction steps in one vessel, including primary solvent recovery, residual solvent stripping, and decarboxylation.

The sealed, jacketed design supports contained processing that limits manual transfers between vessels. With variable stirring from 0 to 350 r/min and a heating range from room temperature up to 250°C, the unit is intended for hemp and botanical processors who want to consolidate multiple operations into a single stainless steel system.

The SSCC-200L is part of a series offered in capacities from 3L to 1000L, and the manufacturer supports customization of capacity and specifications.

How It Works

Material is loaded into the sealed 304 stainless steel tank, where a 1.5 kW agitator mixes the contents at speeds up to 350 r/min. A dimpled heat-transfer jacket surrounds the vessel and circulates a thermal medium to bring the batch up to a set temperature within the RT–250°C range, supporting solvent recovery, stripping, and decarboxylation under reduced pressure down to -0.09 MPa.
