The ZZKD SSCC-20L is a 20L double-layer jacketed reactor constructed from 304 stainless steel with 3 mm wall thickness. It combines a stirring drive and an integrated heating system for sealed, contained processing of post-extraction materials.

The design supports several post-extraction operations in a single vessel, including solvent recovery, residual solvent stripping, and decarboxylation. Sealed processing keeps material enclosed during heating and agitation, reducing manual transfers between separate units.

This unit is intended for hemp and botanical extraction labs that need a stainless steel reactor for processing batches up to 20L.

How It Works

Material is held in the inner stainless steel chamber while a heat transfer fluid circulates through the surrounding dimpled jacket to control temperature. A motor-driven agitator mixes the contents, and the system can operate under reduced pressure (down to -0.09 MPa) to assist solvent removal.
