1 / 14The ZZKD SS-30L is a 30-liter double-layer stainless steel stirred reactor. The inner vessel holds the reaction medium for agitated processing, while the surrounding jacket circulates a heating or cooling medium such as hot oil, hot water, or refrigerant to maintain a set temperature.
The sealed design supports stirred reactions at atmospheric or negative pressure, and the multi-port cover accommodates reflux and distillation assemblies. It is intended for pilot-scale and production work in fine chemical, synthesis, and related laboratory settings.
Material in contact with the process is 316 stainless steel, with a vessel wall thickness of 3.5 mm that can be adjusted according to pressure requirements.
The reactor uses a jacketed two-layer construction. Reagents are loaded into the inner chamber and agitated by a gear-motor-driven stirrer running from 0 to 450 rpm. A temperature-controlled fluid is circulated through the outer jacket to heat or cool the contents, allowing constant-temperature stirred reactions, reflux, and distillation under atmospheric or reduced pressure.
