The MTST DLSB-50/40 is a refrigerated recirculating chiller built to supply low-temperature liquid to connected laboratory equipment. With a 50L reservoir and a temperature range reaching -40°C, it provides closed-loop cooling without requiring a connection to a building water supply.

The unit uses a hermetically sealed, air-cooled compressor and a digital temperature display driven by a microprocessor controller. A built-in circulation pump delivers 30 L/min, making the chiller suitable for continuous operation alongside rotary evaporators, distillation setups, and analytical instruments.

This chiller is intended for laboratories and processing environments that need reliable, repeatable cooling for temperature-sensitive reactions and equipment.

How It Works

The chiller circulates a low-temperature heat-transfer liquid through a closed loop using mechanical refrigeration. A microprocessor thermostat regulates the bath temperature within ±2°C, while the integrated pump moves the cooled fluid to the connected device and returns it to the reservoir, allowing heat to be dissipated continuously.
