1 / 25The ZZKD DLSB-50L is a refrigerated recirculating chiller built to supply low-temperature coolant to connected laboratory instruments. It uses an air-cooled, hermetically sealed compressor unit with a microprocessor temperature controller and digital readout.
With a 50L tank, a minimum no-load temperature of -40°C, and a circulation flow rate of 30L/min, the unit is intended for continuous cooling and low-temperature reaction support. It runs on a 220V/60Hz supply and holds temperature to within ±2°C.
The chiller is designed to pair with equipment such as rotary evaporators, distillation systems, chemical and pharmaceutical reactors, fermentation tanks, and freeze-drying setups.
The system circulates a cooling medium such as ethanol through an external instrument and back to the reservoir, where a mechanical air-cooled compressor removes heat. A microprocessor controller monitors and maintains the set temperature, and a built-in pump drives the coolant at up to 30L/min with a lift of 10–12m.
