This package combines two laboratory support units: the MTST DLSB 5L recirculating chiller and an SHZ-D(III) circulating water vacuum pump. The chiller supplies low-temperature circulating liquid to cool connected equipment such as rotary evaporators, distillation rigs, and analytical instruments, allowing processes to run at reduced temperatures.

The SHZ-D vacuum pump uses a water jet to generate vacuum and provides negative pressure for operations including evaporation, distillation, crystallization, drying, sublimation, filtration, degassing, and decompression.

The set is intended for laboratory and small-scale work in research institutes, universities, and chemical, biochemical, and food-related settings.

How It Works

The chiller uses mechanical refrigeration with an air-cooled compressor to cool a closed loop of circulating liquid, which is pumped to the connected device and returned, removing heat continuously. The vacuum pump draws water through a jet to create vacuum at its taps, supplying negative pressure to attached glassware.
