The MTST DLSB 80L is a refrigerated recirculating chiller built to supply a stable low-temperature liquid loop for laboratory and industrial cooling. It uses mechanical, air-cooled refrigeration and reaches a no-load minimum temperature of -60°C with a temperature stability of ±2°C.

The unit operates as a closed circulation system, so it does not require a connected water supply line. It is intended for facilities that need continuous low-temperature cooling for instruments and process equipment.

With a cooling capacity range of 882W to 13230W and a 9.8 kW rated power draw on 240V three-phase service, this chiller is suited to demanding lab and industrial cooling duties.

How It Works

The chiller uses an air-cooled mechanical refrigeration circuit charged with R404A and R23 refrigerants to remove heat from a circulating coolant. A pump moves the chilled liquid through the connected equipment in a closed loop, while a microprocessor controller and digital display maintain the set temperature within ±2°C.
