The ZZKD DC-3006 is a refrigerated recirculating chiller and heating circulator built around a 6L 304 stainless steel bath. It covers a working range of -30°C to 100°C with temperature stability of ±0.05°C and resolution to 0.01°C, making it suited to processes that require a stable hot or cold fluid supply.

The unit supports both internal and external circulation, so it can hold a constant bath temperature or feed jacketed reactors, distillation glassware, and other external equipment. PID control is shown on an LCD instrument and can be tuned automatically or manually.

It is intended for laboratory and process environments where consistent temperature control is needed for samples, instruments, or connected vessels.

How It Works

A refrigeration system and a 600W heating element bring the bath fluid to the set point, while a PT100 sensor feeds a PID controller that holds the temperature. A circulating pump moves fluid internally within the tank or externally to connected equipment, and vent holes assist heat dissipation for stable operation.
