1 / 23The ZZKD LS-100HD is a vertical pressure steam sterilizer with a 100L chamber (Φ440 × 650 mm) built for laboratory sterilization using saturated steam. It uses a single-layer chamber heated by an immersion electric heating tube, a lower-exhaust gas replacement method, and microcomputer control.
The unit is constructed in stainless steel and includes stainless steel sterilizing baskets. An LCD display shows working status, and operation is managed through touch keys, making it suitable for biological, dental, medical, microbiological, and veterinary laboratory settings.
The LS-100HD is part of a series that also includes 35L, 50L, and 75L chamber sizes. The 100L model is rated at 4.5 kW on AC220V.
Saturated steam is generated inside the single-layer chamber by an immersion electric heating tube. Cool air is exhausted through a lower-exhaust method, and steam is released automatically after the sterilization cycle completes. A hand-wheel quick-open door with a self-inflating seal and door safety lock secures the chamber during operation. Temperature can be set between 105°C and 134°C, with the cycle managed by a timer.
