The ZZKD LS-100HG is a microcomputer-controlled pressure steam sterilizer (autoclave) with a 100L chamber measuring approximately φ440 × 650 mm. It is built for laboratory and research environments that require automated, repeatable steam sterilization cycles.

The unit runs fully automatic program control with an LED display that tracks the sterilization process. Preset and customizable modes allow temperature, sterilization time, and drying time to be set for instruments, dressings, liquids, and culture media.

Constructed from stainless steel, the LS-100HG is part of the LS-HG series and is rated to CE. It suits facilities needing a mid-to-large capacity sterilizer for routine processing.

How It Works

An electromechanical heating element feeds an external steam generator that pressurizes the sterilizing chamber. When the chamber reaches the preset temperature, the timer counts down the cycle. On completion, the system automatically drains pressure, cuts the heating supply, and sounds an end-of-cycle alarm. A cold-air discharge device removes air from the chamber to support consistent sterilization.
