The Swiben WS-150YDA is a horizontal cylindrical pressure steam sterilizer built around a 150L stainless steel chamber measuring approximately φ440 × 1000 mm. It uses saturated steam to sterilize instruments, glassware, fabrics, culture media, and similar items.
The unit operates at up to 134°C with an adjustable temperature range of 40-134°C and a working pressure of 0.22 MPa. Independent sterilization and drying timers cover 0-60 minutes each, and the chamber holds temperature uniformity within about ±2°C.
It is intended for clinics, research institutes, and biological, dental, microbiological, and veterinary laboratories that need reliable batch sterilization with an integrated drying stage.
The sterilizer uses gravity displacement: steam entering the chamber forces cooler air out to promote thorough air removal before the sterilization cycle. The control system automatically regulates steam inlet and outlet based on chamber temperature, then runs an optional drying stage. The door cannot be opened until chamber pressure drops to about 0.027 MPa, and the cycle will not start unless the door is sealed correctly.
