The ZZKD DCW-0510L is a 10L circulator bath that combines refrigerated and heating temperature control with an integrated magnetic stirrer. It is designed to hold a sample or reaction vessel at a stable set temperature while stirring the contents directly, removing the need for a separate overhead stirrer.

The unit provides both inner and outer loop circulation, allowing the bath to control temperature inside its own tank or feed an external setup. With a temperature resolution of 0.01°C and stated stability of ±0.05°C, it is intended for laboratory work that requires consistent thermal conditions.

It suits processing and extraction labs that need precise low- or high-temperature control combined with continuous mixing in a single bench unit.

How It Works

A hermetic compressor provides refrigeration while a built-in heater handles warming, with PID control and a PT100 sensor regulating the bath temperature. A magnetic drive beneath the tank rotates a stir bar inside the vessel at 0–1000 rpm to keep the medium uniform, and an internal or external circulation loop moves the thermostatic fluid as needed.
