This 15-liter high-temperature circulating bath provides controlled heating up to a 300°C maximum using oil or water as the working fluid. It is built around an intelligent PID temperature control system that holds temperature fluctuation as low as ±0.1°C, supporting uniform heating of reactants.
The unit includes an external circulation pump that can route the temperature-controlled liquid to outside equipment such as a jacketed reactor or distillation apparatus. A second constant-temperature field can be established for heating connected external vessels. It runs on 220V single-phase power.
It is intended for chemical and process labs running high-temperature distillation, jacketed reactor heating, and related semiconductor and laboratory applications.
The bath heats the working fluid with a SUS304 stainless steel heating tube while a PT100 sensor feeds temperature data to the PID controller for precise regulation. A copper-core motor drives the circulation pump, which moves fluid through the tank and, when connected, out to external equipment; the pump outlet connects to the inlet of the external device. Over-temperature protection cuts off the load and triggers an alarm if the set temperature is exceeded.
