Model: GYY-50L
50L high-temperature circulating oil/water bath with PID control, 5.5 kW heating, and a sealed magnetic pump for thermostatic external loop circulation up to 200°C.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The Swiben GYY-50L is a high-temperature circulating bath built to supply constant-temperature heat to external equipment such as jacketed or double-layer glass reactors. It holds a 50 L working volume and operates over a range from ambient up to 200°C, with three immersed heating tubes providing 5.5 kW of heating power.
The unit uses digital PID temperature control with a solid-state relay circuit for accurate, contactless switching. A sealed stainless steel magnetic pump drives the external loop at 20–25 L/min, delivering thermostatic fluid to connected apparatus while reducing leak risk.
The vertical cabinet rides on casters for movement within a lab. Insulation between the shell and liner supports heat retention, and the stainless steel and copper circulation path resists rust and corrosion. It suits laboratories performing drying, concentration, distillation, and reagent immersion work.
Immersed electric heating tubes warm the bath fluid, and a PID controller with solid-state relay regulates temperature to the setpoint shown on the digital display. A sealed stainless steel magnetic pump then circulates the heated fluid through an external loop to connected equipment, providing a thermostatic heat source.
