1 / 21The ZZKD DC-0506-II is a low-temperature thermostatic bath circulator that both heats and cools a working fluid held in a 6L tank. It is built for constant-temperature experiments and for supplying a controlled heat or cold source to connected equipment such as jacketed vessels and distillation setups.
The tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel with an electrostatic-sprayed finish for corrosion resistance. An enclosed compressor handles cooling while an integrated circulating pump moves fluid to external apparatus at up to 6 L/min. A large LCD controller manages setpoints and temperature correction.
This unit suits laboratories in chemistry, biology, and physics that need a stable hot or cold reservoir for sample conditioning, reaction temperature control, or auxiliary heating and cooling.
Working fluid (water or oil, depending on the temperature range) is held in the bath and conditioned by the compressor for cooling or by the internal heater. The controller compares the measured temperature to the setpoint and adjusts output to hold the bath stable, while the circulating pump can deliver the conditioned fluid to external equipment and return it to the tank.
