It operates across a temperature range of approximately -40°C to 98°C (no load) and can supply controlled-temperature fluid to connected equipment or hold samples directly in its bath.
The wetted components and tank are constructed from SS304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, and an LCD provides temperature readout. With a stated control accuracy of ±0.1°C and a circulating flow rate of 20 L/min, the unit is intended for laboratory work in research, chemical, biological, and physical applications where stable low or elevated temperatures are required.
The bath offered here runs on a 110V/60Hz supply and is configured with a 5L/10L tank and a Ø285 mm opening. It is suited to labs needing repeatable thermostatic conditions as an alternative to dry ice or liquid nitrogen for certain low-temperature procedures.
A closed refrigeration circuit cools the bath fluid while a bottom-mounted heating system balances against the cooling load, helping reduce frequent compressor cycling. Digital PID control regulates the setpoint, and integrated magnetic stirring circulates the fluid to keep the tank temperature uniform. Fluid can be recirculated externally at up to 20 L/min.
