1 / 23The ZZKD KDHLM-8005 is a 6 L ultra-low temperature thermostatic bath that combines refrigerated temperature control with integrated magnetic stirring. It operates from ambient temperature down to -80°C with a temperature stability of ±0.5°C and a display accuracy of 0.1°C, making it suitable for reactions and sample conditioning that require sustained low temperatures.
The unit uses a refrigeration system with R404A and R23 refrigerants and PID control to hold the setpoint. A brushless DC motor provides stepless stirring from 100 to 1200 rpm, set through a TFT LCD touch interface with an LED temperature readout. The bath has a stainless steel cover and built-in heat dissipation.
It is intended for laboratory use in chemistry, biology, and research settings where a stable sub-zero environment with stirring is needed in place of ice, dry ice, or acetone baths.
A compressor-based refrigeration circuit using R404A and R23 refrigerants chills the bath fluid, while PID control regulates heating power to hold the setpoint within ±0.5°C. A brushless DC motor drives a magnetic stirrer at 100–1200 rpm to keep the bath and sample at a uniform temperature.
