1 / 13The MTST DM6-6 is a jacketed diamond miner built from SS304 stainless steel with a 6" × 6" internal chamber. It serves as a sealed pressure vessel for crystallization work, replacing open mason jars during degassing and crash procedures.
The jacket allows temperature control of the contents, while the rated pressure capacity of 150 psi (1 MPa) lets operators manage solvent levels in a closed environment. Three viewable windows provide direct observation of the process inside the vessel.
It is intended for extraction and post-processing labs that perform controlled crystallization of suspended compounds under defined temperature and pressure conditions.
Crystallization occurs when target compounds held in solution are brought to specific temperature and pressure conditions, causing them to form crystals. The jacketed vessel allows heating or cooling of the solution while the sealed body maintains pressure up to its 150 psi rating. Adjusting temperature and solvent level influences whether smaller crystals form quickly or larger ones develop more slowly.
