The Swiben MBS-150B is a 150L mold incubator with interior dimensions of 500 x 500 x 600 mm. It provides controlled temperature and humidity for mold and yeast culture testing, with a mirror stainless steel inner chamber and a cold-rolled steel exterior finished by electrostatic spraying.
The unit operates over a temperature range of 0 to 65°C (10 to 65°C with humidification) and maintains relative humidity from 45% to 95% RH. A PT100 sensor and high-precision anti-condensation humidity sensor support stable conditions for culture work.
The chamber volume suits laboratories running microbial contamination testing as part of cannabis quality-control workflows. Multiple voltage and power configurations are available.
An air-cooled hermetic compressor and stainless steel heater work together to hold the chamber at the set point, while a PT100 sensor and anti-condensation humidity sensor feed the controller. Automatic intelligent defrosting manages frost buildup, and an over-temperature alarm guards against excursions.
