1 / 6The Mantaisite DH210L is a constant temperature laboratory incubator with a 210L chamber and an operating range of RT+5 to 70°C. It uses breeze circulation to distribute heat across the chamber, with a temperature resolution of 0.1°C and stated stability of ±0.5°C.
The interior is a mirror-surface stainless steel chamber measuring 600 × 580 × 600 mm, with two adjustable partitions rated for 15 kg each. Heating is provided by a mica electric heating film, and chamber temperature is monitored by a PT100 sensor.
The unit includes a double glass door for sample viewing with a magnetic seal, an open-door power-off function, interior lighting, and a UV lamp that cuts off when the door is opened. A 0–9999 minute timer and an independent digital temperature limiter are included.
A mica electric heating film warms the chamber while a breeze circulation fan moves air to even out temperature distribution. A PT100 sensor feeds the digital controller, which maintains the setpoint within the stated range and resolution. An independent temperature limiter provides an over-temperature cutoff, and a φ35 mm top exhaust hole doubles as a test port.
