It uses a mica electric heating film and breeze circulation fan to maintain temperatures across a range of room temperature +5°C up to 70°C, with a temperature resolution of 0.1°C and stability of ±0.5°C.
The chamber is constructed from mirror-surface stainless steel and measures 350 × 350 × 350 mm, with two adjustable partitions each rated for a 15 kg load. A double glass door allows samples to be observed without opening the chamber, and a magnetic seal supports door closure.
The unit includes interior lighting and a UV lamp. A digital timer covers 0–9999 minutes and an independent temperature limiter provides over-temperature protection. The incubator is suited to labs that need controlled, observable sample storage.
A mica electric heating film warms the chamber while a breeze circulation fan distributes air for an even temperature, achieving a distribution accuracy of ±0.8°C. A PT100 sensor feeds the digital controller, which regulates set point and timer functions. Opening the door triggers a power-off function that also cuts the UV lamp.
