The Swiben FSI-250 is a 250L hybridization incubator with internal chamber dimensions of 600 × 500 × 840 mm. It uses forced convection to maintain stable temperatures across the chamber, with a SUS304 stainless steel interior and a powder-coated cold-rolled steel exterior.
The unit provides an operating range of 5–65°C without illumination and 10–65°C with illumination, holding temperature accuracy and uniformity of ±1°C. A four-layer full-spectrum LED light board offers adjustable intensity from 0 to 30000 LX, supporting applications that require controlled lighting conditions.
The 250L capacity suits laboratory and production-scale culture, conditioning, and quality-control work where consistent environmental control is needed.
A stainless steel heater and an air-cooled hermetic compressor work together under PT100 sensor feedback to hold the set temperature, while forced convection circulates air for uniform conditions. Settings are entered through a touch screen, with a 30-section programmable controller for multi-step temperature profiles and automatic defrost.
