The MTST 10LB is a closed-loop extraction system rated for 10 pounds of material per run. Constructed from SS304 stainless steel with tri-clamp fittings throughout, it is intended for production-scale operation in licensed facilities.
The closed-loop configuration keeps solvent contained and recoverable during the extraction cycle, supporting both operator safety and solvent economy at higher throughput. It is suited to facilities processing larger material volumes on a recurring basis.
To operate, the unit requires supporting equipment including a matched recovery tank, a vacuum pump, and appropriate facility ventilation.
In a closed-loop system, solvent is cycled through the material column in a sealed circuit, dissolving target compounds and then being recovered for reuse rather than released. The system is rated for a maximum allowable working pressure of 150 PSI and an operating temperature range of -40F to 200F.
