The MTST 1LB is a closed-loop extraction system built around a 1 lb material column, a size suited to small and mid-scale hydrocarbon (BHO) operations. It is constructed from SS304 stainless steel and uses clamp, weld, male, and female connection options to form a sealed extraction circuit.
The system recovers solvents such as butane or propane within a closed loop for reuse. It is intended for processing lab operators running multiple batches in a single day, with the 1 lb column allowing repeated runs with reasonable turnaround.
The unit pairs with a recovery tank, vacuum pump, and chiller (sized appropriately) to complete a working extraction setup.
Solvent passes through the sealed reaction chamber to extract soluble material, then moves to the collection tank. The closed-loop design recovers the solvent for reuse rather than venting it, supporting repeated batch processing.
