Model: 12N-60A
Laboratory freeze dryer with a condenser below -60°C, up to 4kg water capture, and multiple tray positions for batch lyophilization.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The ZZKD 12N-60A is a benchtop laboratory freeze dryer designed for batch drying of flower, bubble hash, and liquid extracts. It pairs a low-temperature condenser with a vacuum chamber to remove moisture through sublimation.
The system provides a water capture capacity of 4kg, a drying area of 0.092 to 0.12 ㎡, and tray positions sized at φ200 with spacing of 70mm. It draws 0.95 kW and reaches a vacuum below 5 Pa during operation.
This unit suits labs running multi-tray cycles and processing larger material loads per run. An optional -80°C condenser configuration is available.
Material is frozen and placed on trays inside the chamber under vacuum. The cold trap, held below -60°C, captures vapor as ice while the vacuum system maintains pressure under 5 Pa, allowing frozen moisture to sublimate directly from solid to vapor.
