1 / 2Model: FD-05H
Compact benchtop freeze dryer with 0.48m² drying area, -60°C condenser, and four trays for small-batch lyophilization.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The Swiben FD-05H is a compact laboratory freeze dryer built for small-batch lyophilization. It provides 0.48 m² of drying area across four trays and pairs a -60°C condenser with a vacuum system rated to ≤15 Pa to support sublimation drying of samples and extract formulations.
With outer dimensions of 450×697×785 mm and a weight of 58.1 kg, the unit is sized to sit on a lab bench. The drying chamber operates over a -35 to +60°C range, and the condenser can collect approximately 3–5 kg of water per cycle.
The FD-05H is intended for processing labs handling cannabis flower samples, small quantities of concentrate, and formulation work where controlled low-temperature drying is required.
Freeze drying removes moisture by sublimation: frozen product is held under vacuum so that ice passes directly to vapor without melting. The FD-05H uses a -60°C condenser to trap released vapor while the vacuum pump maintains a chamber pressure of ≤15 Pa, with shelf temperatures adjustable across the -35 to +60°C range to drive primary and secondary drying.
