Model: ZLGJ-50 (Freeze-dried area 0.6㎡)
Pilot-scale vacuum freeze dryer with 0.6 m² drying area, shelf temperature range of -50°C to +70°C, and a cold trap reaching -75°C.
This equipment is sold for lawful use only. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable regulations.
The ZLGJ-50 is a pilot-scale vacuum freeze dryer (lyophilizer) with a freeze-dried area of 0.6 m². It performs pre-freezing and drying within a single rectangular chamber, removing water or solvent from frozen samples at low temperature so that the original characteristics of the material can be restored after rehydration.
Because drying occurs at low temperature, the unit suits heat-sensitive materials such as proteins and other compounds that may degrade under heat. It is applicable to biological products including tissues, tissue extracts, and serum, as well as inorganic materials such as nanoparticles where particle surface area should be preserved.
The system is configured for lab and pilot work, with a touchscreen control interface, recipe storage, data logging, and selectable manual or automatic operation. It is intended for lawful processing and research use.
Frozen samples are held in a vacuum chamber while a cold trap condenses the released vapor. Under reduced pressure, frozen water sublimates directly from solid to vapor without passing through a liquid phase, leaving a dried sample with its structure largely intact. Shelf temperature and chamber vacuum are managed by the control system through the freeze-drying cycle.
