1 / 13The ZZKD ZKCL series combines a fabric heating mantle with a built-in magnetic stirrer in a single unit. It is designed to heat and mix solvents in round-bottom flasks across a range of capacities: 2L, 5L, 10L and 20L. The mantle wraps the flask to apply heat over a broad surface area, while the magnetic drive turns a stir bar inside the vessel.
Temperature is regulated by a digital control system with dual display and a stated accuracy of ±1°C across a range of room temperature to 300°C. The unit supports both internal and external temperature probes for direct or in-flask measurement.
This equipment is intended for laboratory environments in chemistry, biology and related processing applications where combined heating and stirring of liquids is required.
A small motor drives a heat-resistant magnet to create a rotating magnetic field, which turns a stir bar placed inside the flask to circulate the liquid. At the same time, the fabric mantle heats the vessel so the contents are mixed and brought to the set temperature.
